Dr. Polly Bednash Receives Honor at 草莓社区 Headquarters


On November 21, AACN hosted an Open House for colleagues from the Interprofessional Education Collaborative, the Federation of Associations of the Schools of the Health Professions, kindred nursing organizations, and others who work with the association.聽 Attendees were able to tour AACN鈥檚 striking new office at 655 K Street, Washington, DC.聽

At the Open House, AACN Board Chair Juliann Sebastian and President Deborah Trautman also welcomed former long-time AACN Chief Executive Officer Dr. Polly Bednash. Drs. Sebastian and Trautman announced to the gathered attendees that the association鈥檚 executive conference room would be dedicated as the Geraldine 鈥淧olly鈥� Bednash room, in recognition of her 28 years of achievement, excellence, and commitment to AACN. In her remarks, Dr. Trautman said 鈥渢his new office is the house that Polly built.鈥澛�
